- Renovation and remodeling of previously repossessed properties in the Metro Detroit area,
most homes were in Detroit. Jointly owned by Janet and Robert Regan (Robert holds a
Builders Liscence) we renovated properties and returned them to the community. Most
homes were subsequently sold to their tenants.

- A non-profit outreach of St. Patrick's Church. Located at 660 Martin Luther King Blvd.,
Detroit , MI 48021. This is a traditional co-op for those who are trying to make a
positive change in their lifestyles. Our group has just broken ground on a three story low
income housing development next door to the transitional housing in conjunction with
the Phonix Group.

program daily. Another outreach of our church is the St. Patrick's Senior Center

I returned to Michigan to assist in the care and treatment of my father in 1980. At that time
I had a career change away from Social Work. I was able to complete my degree with
